The 2025 Triumph Speed T4 has been recently launched in India. Its price is the same as before – Rs XX lakh (ex-showroom, XX). But there are some changes made to the bike, most notably the new paint scheme. But let’s find out what changes have been made to it compared to the old Speed T4:
Triumph Speed T4 New Model Colors
The biggest change to the Triumph Speed T4 for 2025 is the addition of 4 new exciting color options: Caspian Blue, Lava Red Gloss, Phantom Black – all of which are available with Pearl White Dual Tone as well as Phantom Black with Storm Grey.
These new color options along with Pearl White Dual Tone give the motorcycle a premium look. While Phantom Black with Storm Grey makes the modern classic look quite attractive.
Triumph Speed T4 New Model Design
For 2025, Triumph has made some minor changes to the Speed T4, such as 3D T4 emblems on the side panels and color coded rim stripes. The new version also gets a new steel finish exhaust muffler that definitely goes well with the overall design.
The older version of the Speed T4 looked similar to the updated model. It was available in different paint schemes that gave the older Speed T4 a more modern touch. Also, it came with different graphics for the tank as well as Speed T4 stickers on the side panels. The older version also had a matte black coloured exhaust.
What’s Similar
The 2025 Triumph Speed T4 gets the same engine as before and runs on the same tune. It uses a 398cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 31PS at 7,000rpm and 36Nm at 5,000rpm and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The Speed T4 has been praised for its great low-end performance as well as smooth and linear power delivery. The old Speed T4 had a bassy and attractive exhaust note. And since the engine and tune is the same, the 2025 Speed T4 will retain its distinctive exhaust note.
The Triumph Speed T4 has the same underpinnings for 2025. It gets a steel tubular frame with 43mm telescopic forks and a rear monoshock with preload adjustability. It gets 140mm front and 120mm rear wheel travel. For braking duties, it gets a 300mm front and 230mm rear disc brake setup. It uses 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends with tubeless tyres.
The 2025 Speed T4 gets the same all-LED lights. It gets a semi-digital instrument console with an analogue speedometer. All the important information like gear position indicator, fuel indicator and trip information is visible on the display. Apart from this, it gets dual channel ABS. Like the older Speed T4, the 2025 version also comes equipped with only usable features without any additional modern interventions.
Conclusion
The 2025 Triumph Speed T4 is priced at Rs 1,99,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) as before. For the price, the Speed T4 is a very strong contender in its category, offering a great mix of great styling and performance. Like before, the new version also competes with the Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z, Royal Enfield Hunter 350, Hero Maverick 440, Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 and the KTM Duke 250.
