Bike Review: Jawa 350 Legacy Edition Launched in 2025

The Jawa 350 Legacy Edition has been launched in India at a price of Rs 1,98,950 (ex-showroom), which is the same as the base, spoke-wheel variant of the standard model. This is a limited-edition roadster with only 500 units limited. However, only a few comfort-oriented bits have been changed; mechanically, the bike remains unchanged.

Jawa 350 Legacy Bike Review: What’s New

The limited-run Jawa 350 Legacy Edition gets a taller front windscreen, cushioned pillion backrest and a chrome crash guard as standard. Customers will also get a leather keychain and a Jawa 350 scale model.

Jawa 350 Legacy Bike Review: What’s Not Changed

Just like the standard Jawa 350, this limited edition bike is powered by a 334cc liquid-cooled engine that makes 22.5PS and 28.1Nm, paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The underpinnings of the roadster include a conventional fork with 35mm stanchions, twin rear shock absorbers with preload adjustability, disc brakes at both ends. It has 178mm of ground clearance, a 13.2-litre fuel tank and an accessible seat height of 790mm.

Since the Legacy Edition is based on the lower variant, it too gets 18-inch tubed spoke wheels, with disc brakes at both ends.

Conclusion

The Legacy Edition of the Jawa 350 is a great value-for-money option if you are planning to buy the base variant soon. For the same amount, you now get some extra goodies, though only if you are fastidious enough to order it. However, this only makes sense if you are looking for a retro-roadster in the price segment.

However, we wish Jawa made it more special with something like a special commemorative livery or a limited-run paint scheme. This would have really made it stand out and distinctive. Right now it just looks like a standard model with some optional accessories, and isn’t exclusive enough. However, for the price, it’s not worth complaining about, as all the exclusive stuff would have pushed the price up quite a bit.
